No experience is needed at all. Every kit comes with clear, step-by-step instructions written for complete beginners. The process is designed to be intuitive and achievable — if you have never made anything like this before, you are exactly who this kit is made for.

Most people complete the hands-on making stage in 2 to 3 hours. After that, allow 24 hours for the adhesive to dry before grouting, then another 24–48 hours for the grout to cure. You can spread the project across a couple of evenings if you prefer — there is no rush.
