Workshop Classes
Applicable to Mosaic Lamp Workshops & Ceramic Painting Workshops. Our refund and rescheduling structure balances flexibility for guests with studio logistics.
2–6 days before class
50% refund of the registration fee when you cancel 2–6 days before your scheduled class.
Within 48 hours / no-shows
No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, or for no-shows.
Unlimited reschedules
We offer unlimited reschedules. Requests made at least 48 hours before your session are handled with full flexibility. If you miss a session without prior notice, the New Session Privilege is forfeited — you may only join an existing pre-scheduled session with confirmed attendees (we will not open a new time slot or private session).
DIY Kits and Supplies
Return and exchange rules for DIY kits and supplies shipped from Canada.
14-day return window
If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Products not returned within 14 days will not be accepted for a refund.
Unopened, unused, original packaging
To qualify, the kit and/or supplies must be in the exact condition received — unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. All returns are subject to approval upon inspection.
Change of mind / exchange
For change of mind, design preference, or exchange requests, the customer is responsible for return shipping (and any additional shipping for a replacement). For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, provide clear photo and/or video proof — we may cover return shipping or provide a replacement/remedy after review.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on sale items, workshop merchandise items, or gift cards.
10–30 business days
Once a return is received and inspected, we notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10–30 business days depending on payment vendor rules.
