Art Masterclass Canada: Refund & Return Policy
At Art Masterclass Canada, we strive to provide a seamless creative experience. To ensure fairness to our customers, staff, and instructors, we have established the following guidelines for our workshops and products.
1. Workshop Classes
Applicable to: Mosaic Lamp Workshops & Ceramic Painting Workshops
We understand that plans can change. Our refund and rescheduling structure is designed to balance flexibility for our guests with the logistical requirements of our studio.
Refund Schedule

7+ Days Notice: Full refund of the registration fee.

2–6 Days Notice: 50% refund of the registration fee.

Within 48 Hours/Day of Class: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time or for “no-shows.”
Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

We offer unlimited reschedules; however, the following conditions apply:

Advance Notice: Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the session date and time are handled with full flexibility.

Missed Classes: If a customer misses their scheduled session without prior notice and later requests a reschedule, the “New Session Privilege” is forfeited. In this instance, the customer will only be permitted to join an existing, pre-scheduled session that already has confirmed attendees. We will not be able to open a new time slot or a private session for missed appointments.
2. DIY Kits and Supplies
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your DIY experience. If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Products that are not returned within the 14-day period will not be accepted for a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The kit and/or supplies must be in the exact condition in which it was received, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

All returns are subject to approval upon inspection.
Return Shipping & Design Preferences

Standard Returns: For requests based on a change of mind, “misliking” a specific design, or choosing a different aesthetic after purchase, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

If the customer wishes to exchange the item for a different product, design, or style, the customer is also responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred as part of the exchange. This includes both the return shipping label for the original item and the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Defective/Incorrect Items: If the kit is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item was sent, Art Masterclass Canada will review the issue and may cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement/remedy where appropriate. To be eligible for evaluation, the customer must provide clear photo and/or video proof showing the defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Art Masterclass Canada reserves the right to assess the submitted proof before approving any replacement, refund, or remedy.
3. General Terms & Non-Returnable Items
Final Sale: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on sale items, workshop merchandise items, or gift cards.
Processing Time: Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–30 business days depending on customer payment vendor rules and guidelines.
